and we’re looking for experienced carpentry subcontractors to join our
growing pipeline of projects.

Project Types:

Condominium associations

Townhome communities

Mid-Rise buildings

HOA-managed properties

Scope of Work:

Exterior wood replacement (siding, trim, fascia, soffit)

Framing (repairs and small rebuilds)

Deck and balcony repairs/replacement

Stair systems and landings

Window and door replacement

Structural wood repairs due to rot or moisture damage

Punch list and common area carpentry

Requirements:

Proven experience in multi-family carpentry projects

Licensed and insured in Illinois

Reliable crews with proper tools and equipment

Ability to meet project timelines and maintain high-quality standards

Familiarity with HOA environments and occupied properties

Clear communication and professionalism

Carpenter (W-2) – Residential & Multi-Family Construction

Hammerbrush Group is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and multi-family (HOA/condo/townhome) construction, including exterior repairs, structural work, and restoration projects.

This is a full-time W-2 position offering consistent work across multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

Perform general carpentry work including framing, siding, trim,
and structural repairs

Repair and replace exterior wood components (fascia, soffit, decking, railings)

Complete punch list items and detailed finish work

Work on occupied properties with professionalism and care

Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

3+ years of carpentry experience (residential or multi-family preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation to various job sites

Must have own basic tools

Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in workmanship
