Shane Smith - Field Supervisor
Shane is responsible for the day to day operations and supervison of our projects. Sean Deering - Vice President of Construction
Sean's background is in both single family and multifamily building where he has managed the construction of over 300 homes and townhomes. In addition to his construction experience he is husband of a Property Manager, giving him firsthand knowledge to the difficult job that managers have.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY AT HAMMERBRUSH, INC.
Two-way communication is critical if a project is to be successfully managed. We provide a detailed proposal with pictures to ensure we are bidding your project to your specifications as well as coordinate on on-site pre-production meeting to the groundwork for good client relations. We communicate with our clients regularly by providing weekly progress reports that summarizes information about the status of your project. You are guaranteed to get two progress reports a week.
HAMMERBRUSH SIGNATURE INSPECTION
A Hammerbrush Warranty is the new industry standard. For the duration of the warranty all material and labor supplied by Hammerbrush is covered. Included in each of our warranties is our Signature Annual Inspection for the duration of your warranty period. If any touch-ups or maintenance are detected in this inspection, the necessary work will be completed at no cost to the client. After our Signature Annual Inspection, a full report with pictures will be given to the client detailing findings and outcome. While surveying our workmanship, Hammerbrush will also inspect the property for any additional concerns and provide a full report to the client at no cost.
QUALITY & SERVICE IS OUR FOUNDATION
Quality is not a luxury for a project, it's fulfilling high standards and going below the standards is simply unacceptable here at Hammerbush. That is why we involve a Product Manufacturer Representative from the start of your project to the very end. By doing so, we insure your project uses only the best quality products available.
DETAILED MATERIAL REPORTS FOR YOUR PROJECT
At the completion of each project, a comprehensive Materials Report is provided to you that details the products that were used and their respective placement as well as MSDS sheets for each product used. This report demonstrates our commitment to our work and highlights our responsibility in providing you key data for your project.

I wanted to take a moment to give a reference for Hammerbrush. The company has done a few large and small projects for me for a number of my associations. From roof coatings, hallway painting, unit door painting and concrete, Hammerbrush can tackle it all. The attention to detail and customer service was wonderful and my board appreciated how the notices were given to owners as well. Any owner concerns were handled in a prompt fashion and ended in great results for the association and owners. In continuing with their great work, my boards have since extended multi-year contracts for painting as well as maintenance work. The warranty they offer is unlike any I have seen in my 16 years of management and backing up their work with 7 years and inspections each year for any touch ups sold my board in the past and for my future contracts. I look forward to working with them again this summer on some large projects.

Hobson Oaks is a 60 Unit Town Home community in the heart of Naperville, located on 18 acres along prestigious Hobson Road and bordered on one side by a forever wild 20 acre Forest Preserve, our average fair market unit value is currently about $350K. We have a very active Association and Board, committed to maintaining our community at a very high level. Last year we had a major +$150K maintenance project to bid out and our previous trusted vendor had recently ceased doing business. After a long , intensive research process including a multi step interview process and recommendation check , we awarded Chris Matson and Hammerbrush the contract.
